Earthships & Solar Survival Bioitechture
An Earthship is a home design--utilizing recycled tires, aluminum cans & earth for construction materials, that Mike Reynolds & his company have been building & perfecting for the last 25 years. It is self-sufficient, getting power from the sun, water from rain, and recycling its gray water and sewage. The Earthship would be perfect for hurricane beleaguered Caribbean Islands & Florida. These buildings are so heavy, & built into the Earth, that they should to much better in wind storms. Thanks to Mike Reynolds.
