Merry Thanksters: n. - The group of characters in The Viridian REFORMance Art work that borrow in style & spirit from the "Merry Prankster" group who worked with artist & political activist Ken Kesey during the 60's counter culture revolution. The Merry Thanksters are an homage to the spirit & zeal of this group alone.The use of psychedelics or any other psychoactive substance (prescription or otherwise) is an enemy to the REVELution because of their ability to puppet-ize most humans. Most of the dreams of the 60's counterculture were destroyed by drug distractions, so this project will tolerate no such opportunity for the Death culture to make inroads through them. The human brain is capable of reaching whatever it wants to feel or create without chemical synthesizers. Like everything else, humans get lazy & go for immediacy without searching for the natural ways to transcendence, creativity & the shaman ic realms. We are merry THANKsters because we are thankful for all we have in the natural realm and all that is to come when we fall into homeostasis with universal law.. There is none the merrier place to be!

moltlitia: n. - molt + militia

whereas to molt is to shed or cast off (a bodily covering), the "Viridian Moltlitia" of Merry Thanksters, Permapunks, Tenetmen & Sons Of Purity is concerned with helping consumers shed unconscious consumption behaviors & understand the power for macro change that they possess through small everyday consumption adjustments. This is further expressed in the Viridian "Small Shifts" theory ( abbreviated as S2 . The moltlitia is always molting to shapeshift into new strategies for the defeat of DeathCULTure.

MoneySerpent - n.

The potential for the power, desire & lust fulfillment possibilities inherent in the concept of money & its ability to strike at & destroy the mental & ultimately the physical being of weak-minded individuals. Just like the proverbial serpent of the Garden Of Eden narrative, money is always offering to our desires. This idea came upon me while looking at our dollar sign. It looks like a snake slithering up around a post, While watching my countrymen being murdered on Sept. 11, 2001 I saw smoke billowing out of the towers & at one point I just saw the icon I created for the money serpent before me. It all made sense to me then & now. Money put those towers up & the hatred & jealousy of some of the have-not's of the world brought them down. Additionally, it was American preoccupation with money that made it easy for these snakes to slither up on us to deliver that sucker punch. Money is a great system for the efficient exchange of things & there's nothing wrong with money or having it, but the love of money is making America a fat, soft target. Wars are best won without fighting them, and that is only possible when your head's in the game rather than dosing amidst the unnecessary accoutrements of unbalanced affluence. Beware the money serpent. What does it whisper to you & how good is what it says to you for the U.S.A. & the fellowship of humankind? It all matters.. This life is a proving ground for your position in eternity. Use it to fall back into a homeostatic relationship with the universal laws which nuture & sustain all biology.

ParticiCREATE V.- PARTICIPATE + CREATE

The expected activity of characters & participants in the Viridian REVELution REFORMance Art experiments based in what I feel was our forefather's hopes for us as citizens in forming a true democracy of the U.S.A. In this spirit I have reformed the American Revolution rally cry: "No taxation without representation!" into the Viridian REVELution slogan "No vexation without particiCreation!" meaning that if people are not going to offer solutions & be proactive about creating the change they wish to see in the world, then they have no right to be complain.   

PeaceFair n. peace + fair

an antonym of warfare, except for the element of urgency in preventing loss of life amongst our 'moltlitia'. PeaceFair uses strategic & varied campaigns of multi-media REFORMance art to capture attention away from the DeathCULture of populist entertainment & the adverstream by using many of the same time-tested elements of populist entertainment, art & pop media culture to focus & harness human attention on upgrades that can be made in their life. These are upgrades that can also positively affect all life.

PermaPunks n. permaculture + punks

Whereas permaculture = design systems for creating sustainable human environments & the use of ecology as the basis for designing integrated systems of food production, housing, technology, & community development. Built on an ethic of interacting with environments in mutually beneficial ways.The Viridian REVELution PermaPunx advanced these issues with the urgency & emotion of political punk rock bands like The Clash, Minor Threat, Dead Kennedys, etc. PermaPunks offer another strategy for reaching a broader spectrum of society with the mission to save what's left of the earth from unconsciously consuming humans.

ProperGander: proper + gander

1. v. systematically objective examinations of things or processes. ProperGander is analysis based in scientific method, mathematics & statistical analyses. The Knight's system of Spherical cogitation is an example of a ProperGander methodology. A rule of thumb for the Propergander process is "Math doesn't lie, people do".
2. n. - Works of multi-media art which encourage the seeker of truth to continue in quest for ever more refined ways of existing in a homeostatic relationship with the universe in which we are contained. Examples of these creations are found in the Synema & Vibrary.
